Exchanges & Returns
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Please note, you will have to pay for return shipping costs.
Please make sure the items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
We're currently not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by COUTURE LOFT. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.
